A Few Short Rules We Ask You Follow:

Friendly Fire (FF) is always on in our servers. Do not ask for it to be removed. With this said Team Attacking (TA) and Team Killing (TK) will not be tolerated.

Do not disrespect Lethal, our servers or our members.
Recruiting is not allowed by anyone other then Team Lethal.
No advertising in our servers. (IRC channels, web sites etc)
No grenade spamming.
No team flashing.
No extended spawn camping.
No team stacking.
No sexist or racist remarks.
No offensive or pornographic sprays.
No cheating. (scripts, hacks, ghosting, etc)
Constant moaning and whining will not be tolerated.

And Now For Our Detailed Rules:

Conduct

As everyone should be aware, Lethal is about fun and good times being had by all. With this in mind know that drama will not be tolerated for very long. If you have issues you may post them in the complaints section of our forums.

If a situation should arise between 2 members of Lethal, it is not to be discussed on any of the servers or in any public forum. It should be handled either through private messages, or in private in Ventrilo. This goes for theIRC channel as well.

Immaturity will only be allowed to a point. If we feel you are out of line we will let you know. The way you act and treat people in our servers directly reflects on our clan, treat our guests with respect, messing with regulars who know us is ok but being outwardly offensive is not. Above all just remember we are all here for a good time.

Cheating

We have anti-cheat technology installed on our servers. Anyone suspected of cheating or caught cheating with have a demo made which will be submitted to the Steam Bans community log.

We are in partnership with www.steambans.com to dissuade hackers from playing in our server. If there is no admin in the server at the time of an incident, you can contact someone on MIRC or post a message in our forums with the players Name, Steam Id and Day and Time it occurred.

Anyone in Lethal that is found to be cheating will result in immediate ejection from the team a report to www.steambans.com.

Recruiting

Only Leaders and Senior Members may recruit and the rules are known to you all. If you are not one of these and believe someone should be given a shot in our clan, make a post in the forums to inform the rest of us.

If you are interested in joining Team Lethal, please post your information in the Join Lethal section of our forums. Instructions on what to do are located in the Join Lethal section of the forum also. Keep in mind we are a clan that looks more for personality then skill.

There is no recruiting allowed in our server by anyone other then Team Lethal.

Use of Admin

First it must be understood that admin is a tool, not a toy. Sometimes when playing on one of the servers, there will be more than one admin playing if that is the case, you should defer admin action to anyone above you in the clan ranks. Meaning that if something needs to be done, the ranking member will do it, and lesser members should not even use admin at that time unless you have been told you may.

If an action must be taken against a player for whatever reason, such as camping, or whatever begin with the least severe punishment first, such as slap 0 damage and a warning to change their actions or be slayed. If this does nothing you may slay them followed by a kick if they continue to disrupt game play. If after a few repeated kicks they still do not understand or are completely disruptive, you may TEMP BAN followed by a PERMANENT BAN.

Server settings are not to be changed at all ever. If you need assistance please ask a Leader or Senior member first before doing anything.

Map Votes - If a map vote does not succeed, the map does not change. Anyone caught changing the map after a failed vote or with out asking any other members or regulars will be dealt with accordingly.

Tolerance

Players in general will sometimes get pissed off at whatever in a server, and will occasionally say some stupid things in anger. These are not grounds to ban or kick them, or to slay them repeatedly. Leave it alone for a few minutes, and then if they keep it up take action. You flying off the handle and slaying them and banning them is no better then what they are doing. Respect each other. Admin's caught abusing their powers will be demoted and will lose admin.

Please don't hesitate to report admin abuse. Our forums can be used to do so.
