when u get that, change your download location to somewhere overseas.  it's in steam settings and only available with the old UI.

LOL that was back when I posted earlier this afternoon. I actually was able to start installing only shortly after. About to start the single player campaign now.

I saw something that if you buy it before March 12, you get special unlockables or something?  Is this true?

If so, is it worth it for me to buy it now even though my new computer won't come in until end of this month?

I would say just preorder it now.  I think you can also earn those weapons too by playing but would take longer
