• Go to www.fraps.com and download/install.
• The free ware version has vid capture limitations and has a watermark on the vid files created.  To remove these, you'll have to pay up.
• Run Fraps
• Configure the movies portion (Save folder, capture hotkey, fps, etc).
• Start CS:S
• Open up console (council?) and type demoui (or hit Shift-F2 suppsedly)
• From the demoui panel load your demo
• The demo is measured in tics.  When you see something you want to capture, type the tic number in demoui panel and click "Go To"
• Close the demoui panel and click the key for fraps to capture the video.
• Press key again to stop the vid capture and open up demoui again, as in step 4
• When your done capturing, open up Windows Movie Maker.
• Click the import video and navigate to the folder you set up to have fraps save the captures.  They will be .avi files.
• Similarly import music, if you want.
• Use Movie Maker to create and publish your movie!
